What will it cost?
We are so confident that you will find the system extremely cost-effective that we want you to try it with:
- no up-front fees of any kind
- no commitment to a term contract
- and we even give you a
3-month satisfaction guarantee!
We typically charge on the basis of the number of courts that
are managed. For an average-sized club, a typical monthly fee
would be $10 per court. Significant discounts are available for
larger clubs, and if your courts are seasonal, we can adjust accordingly. Like the system itself, our charging structure can be customized to specific circumstances.
The system will more than pay for itself! The savings in staff time and
frustration, elimination of double-bookings and other errors,
and the
additional court usage will pay for the fees many times over.
How does it all work?
Staff members access a 'staff' web-site with advanced tools for
easy and efficient management and communication of schedules (for example,
booking multiple courts (and pros) for repeating programs, managing sign-ups for
events, etc.).
The second component of the system is a much more restricted web-site that can be used by players. Depending on your specific needs,
this site can be configured to allow players to only see schedule
information or can allow players to make their own bookings online (subject to
your own rules and policies). Of course players can still, if they wish, call
the club, to book courts 'the old-fashioned way'.
Some facilities, at least initially, chose not to make the players' web-site
available, but still find the staff component an invaluable productivity and management tool.
Of course both components (staff and player sites) are fully web-based and
require only a web-browser to access them. No software needs to be downloaded or
installed.
What about Support?
Because the system is web-based, we can have immediate access to your web-site
and data if ever you have a question or problem. Using screen-sharing technology
over the internet we can also provide 'live' training at any time. We view
ourselves as partners with each client facility, and we pride ourselves in the
service we provide.
How does your system compare with TennisConnect?
TennisConnect is a very different system - it aims to be a general website management
system ('CMS') for tennis facilities. If the following describes your
situation, you are a good candidate for TC:
- I have a need to be able to tweak any part of my website at any time
- I have somebody on staff who is a competent web-designer and who can invest the many hours going to TC's 'webmaster school'
- I'm confident this same person isn't going to leave anytime soon!
- I don't really need a usable scheduler/online-booking system [the majority of TC sites do not use these features, apparently because of 'usability issues'.]
On the other hand, good candidates for our system typically:
- Already have, or will arrange for,
a professionally designed informational website
- Are ready for 'best in class' business tools to manage court-time, pro scheduling, sign-ups, etc.
- Want to provide a highly customizable, super-easy, online-booking system for their players
- Want to be able to post 'Club News' web-pages as easily as using MS Word
- Want the whole process to be as easy as possible, and without any upfront financial commitment.
These differences, and our excellent customer service, must explain why several clubs have already switched
from TC to TennisBookings!
How long will it take to implement?
You could very easily have members making
online bookings within a week of you first contacting us. If you want to take
the pace slower, you can do.
What about our existing web-site?
If you have one, you can keep it exactly as it is. By adding a link on your site
to the login page of the new scheduling site, the sites can be merged seamlessly.
If you have a 'Members Only' area on your site (that members need to log-in to) you can put the link
inside that area so that members will NOT need an additional username/password to access the scheduler - True Integration!
