• Quick and user-friendly ‘point-and-click’ interface for scheduling court time. Even allows booking multiple courts for a full season with just a few clicks!
• Provides detail & summary views of court schedules – giving ‘at-a-glance’ views of court utilization and pro time-tables for Day, Week, Month.
• Can use your existing PC-based membership list, to simplify administration and prevent duplicating data (or you can maintain your membership list directly in our system).
• Establish club holidays and open-hours. Also define club ‘seasons’ (start-date, end-date, off-dates) for use when booking season-related courts.
• All bookings can be ‘tagged’ (and automatically color-coded) to indicate e.g. pro-name, court-usage (lesson, clinic, etc.), payment method, or anything else you want to track.
• Management of event sign-ups for mixers, walk-in clinics, etc.. Full 'waiting list' management and options to e-mail all enrollees. Publicize events on the players' website to allow online sign-ups.
• Multi-level privileges scheme means that you can give staff-members different levels of access to the system. For example, you may want your pros to be able to view full schedule details, but not to be able to alter the schedule.
• Optional online payments reduce payment processing headaches by giving players the option to pay online at time of booking (handled through PayPal).
• All schedule data can be downloaded into Excel for analysis and reporting. Use to cross-check billings, produce pro time-sheets, create management reports, etc..
• Easily manage user-accounts for players. If you decide to allow your players to make online bookings, each authorized player is assigned their own username.

Players

• Allows viewing of available court-time and allows players to book their own court-time online 24/7 (subject to club policies). Note that each facility can control how much information is visible to other players (players' names, etc.).
• Players can automatically send confirmation emails to their playing partners giving full booking details. Saves them even more phone-calls!
• A 60-second Flash video shows members the incredibly easy booking process.
• When making a booking, players can request that an email reminder be sent to them prior to their booked court-time.
• Online sign-ups for events with automatic waiting-list notifications, etc..
