can use to reserve court-time (and that your staff can use to monitor and manage
court scheduling), | |

Players obtain from you (optionally for a fee) a 'permit' that provides them with a username and password
to access the system, | |

When a player reserves a court, he/she prints a confirmation (complete with
verifiable ID#) that is to be presented in order to 'claim' the court. | |

(Non-permit holders are normally still permitted to use courts, but must yield
to someone presenting a confirmation) |
