What will it cost?
Typically, just $10/month/court. So if you have 4 courts, it would be $40/mo total. [Significant discounts are available for larger communities, and if your courts are seasonal, we will pro-rate accordingly]

The system will more than pay for itself! We guarantee that your income from resident permits will exceed our fees. There is no set-up fee and no commitment to a term contract, and we even give you a 3-month 'no commitment' trial period! 

How does it all work?
Your schedules are stored on our central web-server. Using a regular web-browser, your users (players AND staff) then access this at a web-address such as www.mytowntennis.com (or via a link on your existing home-page). Staff members access a site that has many more capabilities than the site accessed by players.

Of course the two web-sites, used by players and staff respectively, share a common database, so that any bookings made by players are immediately visible to staff and vice versa. Players cannot normally see details of court bookings (e.g. names of other players etc.) – they can only see when courts are available (however, there are options to make selected information visible to players when desired).

A key point is that there is no software installation or set-up required on any computers (staffs' or players').

What about Support?
Because the system is web-based, we can have immediate access to your web-site and data if ever you have a question or problem. Using screen-sharing technology over the internet we can also provide 'live' training at any time. We view ourselves as partners with each client facility, and we pride ourselves in the service we provide.

How long will it take to implement?
However long you want it to take! You could very easily have players making online bookings within a week of you first contacting us. If you want to take the pace a little slower, you can do.

What about our existing web-site?
If you have one, you can keep it exactly as it is. By adding a link on your site to the login page of the new scheduling site, the sites will appear fully integrated.
